Entwicklung eines Standortkonzeptes für ein Bürogebäude aus den 60er-Jahren, mit
Instandsetzung der Fassade, Umgestaltung des Eingangsbereiches und Herstellung eines
behindertenfreundlichen Zugangs mit Umbau zum Foyer, Erweiterung und Erneuerung 
der Aufzugsanlage.
